Robbie Roth’s songs have made the Billboard charts in the US and hit #1 on the UK’s iTunes Soundtrack Chart.

 

Robbie's music has been performed on a number of TV shows (including Good Morning America and NBC’s Last Comic Standing), in concert for President Obama, and on A Prairie Home Companion.

 

Robbie has written music for feature and documentary films, and his solo work has been featured on recording alongside Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, Tom Waits and Johnny Cash.

 

Robbie co-wrote and produced two acclaimed albums by Tony and Olivier award winner Gavin Creel. Robbie has also written with Ron Sexsmith, Vince Clarke (Depeche Mode), Marcus Hummon (Dixie Chicks) and numerous others.

 

Robbie is composer and co-lyricist of the stage adaptation of Flashdance the Musical, which is in its 12th year of touring around the globe.
 

Robbie was hired as composer/lyricist for the stage adaptation of Drumline, a Fox feature film, and Barbie Live, a Mattel musical that toured globally. Robbie was also hired by Fox to write the stage adaptation of the novel and film, The Fault in Our Stars.

 

Robbie developed and co-produced Making Mondays, a live online variety show in NYC, featured in The Wall Street Journal and Playbill Magazine, where it was labeled “the coolest party in town’.
